Can You Guess This TV Theme? #16 - Answer

"Some Walk By Night, Some Fly By Day". You've been listening to the mellow tunes of Mr. Al Jarreau. That song was dedicated to Maddie from David.... He just wants you to know that he's thinking of you tonight....

That theme is so seductive and passionate! It just makes me feel all warm and mushy inside.... The theme was from possibly the best show ever, 'Moonlighting'! The show starred Cybill Shepherd as former model 'Madeline "Maddie" Hayes' and Bruce Willis as private dick 'David Addison', two star-crossed partners of the Blue Moon Detective Agency. The heat between "Maddie" and David on the show was scorching! There was always a sexual tension you could cut with a knife....

This was Bruce Willis at his best.... Before 'Die Hard', before starring as the voice of 'Mikey' in 'Look Who's Talking', before 'Armageddon'.... This is what made him a star. He was lighthearted and charming.... He embodied the role of David Addison. Well done sir, well done....

Finally......Another Blog!

Did you know: According to the blog-tracking service Technorati Inc., there are over 49 million blogs are now on the Web, and approximately 25% of the blogs get less than ten reads a day.

At Midnight on August 1st, 1981, MTV was born. Now twenty-five years old, I don't think that they've played a music video in the last five years.....but you've got to love great shows like Punk'd, Pimp My Ride, The Real World, and My Super Sweet 16! Apparently "Reality Television Killed The Video Star"! HA! See what I did? Because the first music video ever played on MTV was "Video Killed The Radio Star"! And I took it......oh well.....whatever.....just laugh! Do it!

TIVO time..... You may want to check out "Who Wants To Be A Superhero" on the Sci-Fi Channel. Stan Lee, infamous comic book creator, puts individuals through various heroic activities to find the individual most qualified to become the next superhero. The winner receives their own comic book with their character, and their own movie that will debut on the Sci-Fi Channel. My favorites to go all the way include Major Victory - an ex-male stripper, Fat Momma - an overweight african-american superhero who will take your food if you upset her, and Feedback - a software engineer who quit his job because he couldn't get time off and he knew that this tv show was his calling.

What is it with old dudes trying to relive their youth? A 60-year old Sylvester Stallone making "Rocky VI", and a 55-year old Bruce Willis making "Die Hard 4: Live Free or Die Hard". I want to meet the guy making the titles for the Die Hard movies. Die Hard 2 was called "Die Hard 2: Die Harder" and Die Hard 4 was originally slated to be "Die Hard 4: Die Hardest". Can't wait for Die Hard 5: Just Die Already!
