After losing both of their parents in a car crash with a drunk driver, the Salinger children are left to figure out life on their own.... One of my most favorite shows! I'm going to be spending a lot of time watching 'Party Of Five' DVD's this weekend....

There's a tie in though.... There's always a tie-in.... The 2 1/2 hour series finale of LOST is on ABC this Sunday! I can only imagine that it will be the best episode of television of all time! Matthew Fox will be Dr. Jack Shephard for the last time.... It's the end of an era....

I remember sitting in my living room, watching an episode of the first season of LOST with my wife, my sister-in-law and her ex-boyfriend.... This was before we got our DVR.... What I didn't know is that minutes before the show started, my wife had found out that she was pregnant with our first child.... Not wanting to ruin the episode of LOST, my wife waited until the episode ended to tell me that we were 'with child'.... I wonder if she's going to have any big news for me tonight?

The Flying Tomato Turns Into Ketchup

Did you guys watch Celebrity Fit Club last night? Oh my goodness! Nobody told Shar Jackson that Kevin Federline was going to be on the show! It was so good! I can't wait for next weeks episode!

Back to the topic at hand..... On a practice run at the Winter X Games, his last event before the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, U.S. Olympic Snowboarder Shaun White attempts a couple flips and twists above the superpipe and ends up smashing his face on the side of the pipe.... His helmet, which Shaun White says was tightly strapped on, flies off of his head as he hits the solid ice.... That same night, after his crash, Shaun completes his first run with the highest score of the competition and ends up winning the gold medal.

Another Rescue On The Hudson

Everybody remember the crash of US Airways Flight 1549? Where Chesley 'Sully' Sullenberger heroically landed the huge A320 Airbus on the Hudson River, saving the lives of all 155 people on board....

Since the plane crash, reporters and camera crews were kept away from the scene by the police and the FBI.... However, New Yorker David Hugh Martin, who has an apartment right above the Hudson River, positioned his camera to record the rescue of the plane.... Three days of rescue footage were clipped together to make an amazing time lapse video of crews trying to bring the plane out of the river. It's amazing to watch the plane struggle to stay afloat as huge chunks of ice barrage the rescue efforts....

In Soviet Russia House Wares You!

My grandmother came over yesterday, and she mentioned the huge alcohol warehouse crash of 2009.... A warehouse employee driving a forklift brought the entire warehouse down in seconds when he drove into one of the stock structures. The accident caused approximately $150,000 in damage! The driver suffered a minor leg injury, lost his job and is now permanently tattooed as an 'Epic Fail' on the internets....

The domino effect is amazing.... Maybe they should have fired the warehouse designer for putting the shelves so close together....
