I posted the 'Hook', 'Up' and 'Terminator 2' remixes from from Fagottron and POGO here at 'I Think It's Interesting' here before.... (Hint: Click the names of the previous remixes to see those posts....)

Typically, he uses video clips and sounds from movies, and adds some synthesizers, drums and bass to make his remix videos. This time, with his 'Gardyn' mother's day remix, he uses sounds from his mother's garden and harmonic recordings of his mother's voice....

This man is ridiculously talented, and I highly recommend you check out all his videos!

Foul Balls

Opening Day of the 2010 Major League Baseball Season will be here on Sunday. I'm not a huge baseball fan, but I'm always interested when weird things happen or records are broken.... Two weird things happened recently....

Former World Champion Yankee and new member of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Hideki Matsui hit a foul ball out of Tempe Diablo Stadium during a Spring Training game against the Kansas City Royals.

Of all the cars in the parking lot, the foul ball cracked the windshield on Los Angeles of Anaheim Angels owner Arte Moreno's custom Mercedes, which was parked beyond foul territory and behind the Angels clubhouse in the right-field corner.

Matsui was quick to earn Moreno's forgiveness by crushing a three-run homer to right-center field during the same at bat.

In another Spring Training game, Denard Span of the Minnesota Twins hit a hard line drive foul ball into the stands. Seconds later, he ran over to the fans as a crowd of officials and team representatives gathered around a fan injured by the foul ball. Of all the people in the stands, Denard Span's foul ball hit his mother directly in the chest....

Span's mother was treated and soon returned to a different seat in the stadium (presumably out of the reach of errant baseballs), and Denard returned to the game, but ultimately left in the third inning citing that he 'wasn't mentally into the game'.

Hug Your Mom Today - Reddit Photoshop Kindness

Here's a beautiful story of human and internet kindness...... Reddit.com user, Elmstreeter, reached out to the Reddit community for a little help after he had recently lost his mother to cancer...... All he wanted was help from someone with photoshop experience to remove the oxygen tubes him mother was wearing in the last picture of the two of them together....

Here's his request:

"My mother died of cancer yesterday. This is the last picture of us together and I wondered if anyone with mad Photoshop skills could touch up the picture and remove the oxygen cannula. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could be of assistance.

PS Hug your mom today"

Winkers - Best Pants Ever!!!!

Has your mother ever said to you, 'You better be good, because I have eyes on the back of my ass.'?

I would buy every pair of these pants, just because of my love for all things bad.... Ok, so maybe they shouldn't have started the commercial with the first pair of pants, they aren't the best example of the Winkers. But, around the 1:04 mark in the video, magic happens. See the mesmerizing quacking duck pants.... Let them draw you in.... Then at the 2:18 mark in the video, the mystical owl draws beckons to you with his wise and playful winks....

I couldn't decide whether I wanted to write that thing about mothers at the beginning of the blog, or if I should write "Hey, is that asshole winking at me?". I'm still torn between the two....
