I know I post about this guy too much, but love the videos he makes! I posted the 'Hook', 'Up', 'Terminator 2' and 'Gardyn' remixes from from Fagottron and POGO here at 'I Think It's Interesting' here before.... (Hint: Click the names of the previous remixes to see those posts....)

In this new video, he takes video and sounds from 'Toy Story' and adds a few extra cymbals and a sine wave bass (I'm not sure what a sine wave bass is, but is sounds cool) to make another amazing remix. Just in time, as Disney Pixar's 'Toy Story 3' opens in theaters this weekend!

This man is ridiculously talented, and I highly recommend you check out all his videos!

Typically, he uses video clips and sounds from movies, and adds some synthesizers, drums and bass to make his remix videos. This time, with his 'Gardyn' mother's day remix, he uses sounds from his mother's garden and harmonic recordings of his mother's voice....

This man is ridiculously talented, and I highly recommend you check out all his videos!

Name That Tune

YouTube user OneManSho has put together an amazing set of videos..... He sings songs backwards while performing random acts, then plays the video in reverse to reveal the song he was singing.... Can you figure out the songs he's singing before he reveals the answer?

Quantity And Quality - Bacon And Bloo-Duh

Woo hoo! One of my YouTube videos has received over 122,000 views! And over 325 comments!

Anyway, the kid in this video is a brat, but I find it hard to disagree with his logic.

My favorite part of the video? Thank you for asking.... I have two....

Number 1.... Pause it around the 32 second mark....

a. The look on his face is priceless.
b. If you look closely at the miniature wall-mounted license plate, it bears the words "LOW N SLO". I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds inappropriate, so it makes me laugh.

Ok.... Number 2.... Pause it around the 48 second mark and notice the three full bottles of ranch dressing sitting on the table.

However, I don't think that video is half as good as this one.... But this video of a really cute video of a kid worried about his bleeding baby brother only has around 500 views.... I love how the father can't control his laughter!

I probably just need to insert better search terms, but it's such a huge discrepancy.... Which video do you like better?

Pomplamoose

Yesterday, while reading a post on Mainland Streel's blog, 'A Mainland Streel', about Candian musical artists swarming her city for the Juno Awards and wishing death upon Justin Bieber, I noticed she made reference to the Pamplemousse....

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's the french word for grapefruit.... But that's not what I'm writing about today. It also made me think about one of my favorite YouTube bands.... 'Pomplamoose' is the dynamic duo of Nataly Dawn and Jack Conte.... They create 'VideoSongs', which follow two simple rules:

1. What you see is what you hear (no lip-syncing for instruments or voice), and
2. If you hear it, at some point you see it in the video (no hidden sounds).

The Brock Press describes Pamplemoose perfectly, saying that 'Dawn’s style brings to mind Carla Bruni’s sunshiney adorableness mixed with the vocals of Leslie Feist and Regina Spektor. Conte, on the other hand, draws the obvious comparison to Thom Yorke of Radiohead, as well as a little of the melodramatic howls of Muse (without the excessive flourish) and the melodic spite of Brandon Boyd of Incubus without the rock-hard abs (I’m just kidding, Jack. I’m sure your abs are rock-hard too).'

Anyway, my wife and I were watching the 'Ellen' Show, just as Ellen was talking about how she was a category on 'Family Feud'.... I'm so glad that somebody posted this on YouTube! It's so funny!

The guys over at BaratsandBereta.com have created one of the funniest videos ever! I laugh out loud every time I see it! They pit Man versus Toddler in five grueling competitions.... Who will emerge the victor? Will Man win? Will Toddler win? The suspense is killing me! Go watch the video!

Holy Kramer Entrances, Batman!

Do you remember the video of all of the curse words in 'The Sopranos', that Victor Solomon put together after watching edited versions of 'The Sopranos' while confined to a hospital bed?

I was amazed by the amount of time he must have spent, and how much work he must have put into the project....

Well, here are two more videos by dedicated fans of their favorite television shows....

In the first video, YouTube user Apennyw put together every one of Robin's 'Holy Exclamation Quotes' from the first season of television's original 'Batman' show....

YouTube user tylercreviston put together a video of every single Kramer entrance from 'Seinfeld' in chronological order!

I can't even imagine how long it would have taken me to put one of these videos together....

The Late Shift

Don't get me wrong, I'm on Team Conan, but YouTube user FiveAlex2009 has posted 26 Jay Leno appearances on 'The Late Show with David Letterman'....

All before their friendship crumbled because Jay Leno and his manager used shady tactics to beat out David Letterman for the 'Tonight Show' host position after Johnny Carson had retired.... And when I say beat out, I mean, having an agent who bullies NBC executives and hiding in closets during executive meetings to gain an upper hand in negotiations.... Have you seen the movie 'The Late Shift'? It's about the battle for the 'Tonight Show' host gig.... Now we need 'The Late Shift 2' to cover NBC's latest debacle between Jay and Conan O'Brien....

Keep in mind, most of the videos include David Letterman asking Jay Leno a question, then Jay proceeding to talk for four to five minutes. But it was interesting to see their dynamic (and Jay 'Elvis' Leno) before the feud.... Click on the photo of Jay and Dave to see the videos....

Last month, I posted a 'Hook' remix video from a talented young DJ from Australia. He uses video clips and sounds from movies, and adds some synthesizers, drums and bass to make amazing remix videos, and he's created another awesome remix video from Pixar's movie 'UP'.

By the way, you should really see 'UP' if you haven't already.... And if you have seen 'UP', how good was the first 15 minutes of the movie?

R. Kelly Wants You To Have His Child

What is the first thing you think of when you hear the name R. Kelly?

Ok, scratch that, what's the second thing you think of when you hear the name R. Kelly? That's right..... Lyrical genius! His work of art, "Trapped In The Closet", was so hilariously awesome, that it can only be defined as a work of art.... If you've never seen "Trapped In The Closet", R. Kelly's 22-part (so far) hip-hopera, you have not lived..... He seamlessly intertwines a tale of adultery, mystery, and hilarity in a repetitive ballad that could only have come from the mind of R. Kelly. And if that doesn't sell it for you, R. Kelly does all the voices. The whole series is on YouTube, and you can see them all if you click on the picture below....

Back to the reason I'm writing this post..... R. Kelly has struck gold again with his new song "Pregnant" from his new album "Untitled". The song is performed by R. Kelly with Tyrese and Robin Thicke, and it's horribly good.... It's so crazy and catchy, as is R. Kelly's style, that if you're as big of a fan of train wrecks as I am (e.g. Kevin Federline and VH1 Reality Shows) you will enjoy this song as much as I did.... It's so damn catchy that I find myself singing the song in my car, in my office, at the bank, at the grocery store.... It wouldn't be so bad if the lyrics weren't "Girl, you make me want to get you pregnant." So, without further adieu, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you:

However, I don't think that video is half as good as this one.... But this video one has around 250 views....

Finally, here's a question for all of you to ignore (funny sarcasm).... Some YouTube videos (not mine) contain Google advertisement at the bottom of the videos. Do these ads annoy you? They take up about a quarter of the video screen, and you have to minimize the ad if you want to get rid of it.... These ads drive me crazy, what do you think?

People Love Themselves Some Michael Jackson

After posting the 'Paris Jackson's Memorial Speech' video on YouTube, it received more comments than all 55 of the other videos I have posted - combined!

Here's a question.... Why can't people spell Michael? It's not Micheal. Oh well, I understand, they probably haven't seen the name Michael anywhere during the past two weeks.... Oh wait, you see it everywhere!

Here's a new fun game that I'm going to try.... I've recently come across many old musical introductions from some of my favorite television shows. So here's what I'm going to do.... I'm going to post the song in the early blog (7:00 am). Then in the later blog (3:00 pm), I'll post the YouTube video of the show's intro....
