Supratentorial Glioblatoma Multiforme with spinal secondaries ( a rare case report)

The tendency of the GBM to spread via the CSF is well documented. This patient was operated for supratentorial GBM which was histologically proven. Following which he developed lower limb weakness. Pathological diagnosis was confirmed to be spinal metastasis of GBM. GBM may spread via the white matter tracts or via CSF. Awareness of this condition helps in suspecting this whenever a patient of GBM presents with radiculopathy or myelopathy.
