All Together Now

I'm a little late to the game with this, but I love this commercial! Budweiser hired advertising agency DDB UK to create a commercial to promote their product in the United Kingdom (probably to try to take a little bit of the market share from Guinness)....

The commercial is set to the Beatles song, “All Together Now,” covered by the band The Hours. It reportedly took the Beatles less than six hours (all in one day) to record "All Together Now" at Abbey Road Studios in London

The filming of this commercial took director Chris Palmer and his crew more than 50 hours over 5 days.... With all the film being shot from an elevated train circling downtown Chicago.... Try to see if you can spot all the visualized lyrics. I didn't see the 'C' or the 'H' the first time I watched the video....

I just watched the movie 'Food, Inc.', and I'm horrified by the condition and treatment of the animals kept for our consumption.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to demolish the turkey today.... Because it is delicious.....

Anyway, here's the PETA commercial that was banned from the major networks this Thanksgiving....

Quantity and Quality

Woo hoo! One of my YouTube videos has received 100,000 views! And over 250 comments!



However, I don't think that video is half as good as this one.... But this video one has around 250 views....

Finally, here's a question for all of you to ignore (funny sarcasm).... Some YouTube videos (not mine) contain Google advertisement at the bottom of the videos. Do these ads annoy you? They take up about a quarter of the video screen, and you have to minimize the ad if you want to get rid of it.... These ads drive me crazy, what do you think?

Father's Day

I hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day. Noah and I had a wonderful day! We took mommy with us to see "UP"! What a fantastic movie! The 3D glasses we were wearing helped hide the tears....

I got a beautiful card from Noah that I'll try to post pictures of later on Noah's Notables.

By the way, 'Boardwalk Fries'.... I have a bone to pick with you.... Do not send advertisements to my home stating that you will be opening on June 20, only to still have not opened on June 21! You owe me fries! You are a murderer of love!
