Jimmy Kimmel has discovered a busboy with an amazing talent. Ricardo, employed at the poplar eatery 'Barney's Beanery', is the master of 'Pop-A-Shot'.... During the NBA playoffs, Jimmy Kimmel has had Ricardo compete and demolish the BIGGEST STARS in the NBA.... LeBron James, Charles Barkley, Kobe Bryant, Lamar Odom and Carmelo Anthony.... All of them crushed by the 'Pop-A-Shot' skills of Ricardo the Busboy.

After destroying Carmelo Anthony rather handily at a game of 'Pop-A-Shot' after Game 6 of the NBA Finals, Ricardo was led out of the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' studios and presented with his brand new 2011 Ford Mustang!

Does Anybody Miss This Shot?

I'm sure you've all seen this first video.... It was everywhere!

In part of an elaborate prank planned by students at Olathe Northwest High School in Olathe, Kansas, basketball Coach Joel Branstrom was told that he would receive two tickets to the NCAA basketball tournament if he made a blindfolded shot from half court. What he didn't know is that whether or not he made the shot, the students would erupt in applause, making him think he had made the basket.... The students, of course, did not expect what happened next....

Because this was all a hoax, nobody had expected the coach to make the shot, and nobody was actually planning on giving the coach tickets to the tournament.... However, the students did chip in and get him a gift certificate to Chipotle....

After the coach's shot had become a viral sensation, it was reported that an unidentified donor has donated six tickets, transportation and lodging for the NCAA's Final Four Basketball tournament!

After the coach had made the impossible shot, reporter Rob Low made a special trip to the school to do a story on the prank-gone-wrong. While shooting the tease for the story at half court (exactly where the shot by Coach Branstrom was made), Rob Low blindly threw the ball over his head.... Can you guess the outcome?

If I was on the Olathe Northwest High School basketball team, all I would do is take half court shots.... Apparently nobody misses from half court....

I understand the Kobe and LeBron relationship. Two of the best players in the NBA, both very popular and both polarizing figures.... The Kobe and LeBron puppet commercials are pretty funny, and I know you've been dying to find out who took LeBron's new shoes....

I'm not sure if I understand Nike's intentions with the Santa and Blitzen puppet commercials (Yes, I realize I'm a little late to the game with the Santa commercials).... I think someone had some extra puppet making material that he didn't know what to do with.... Who came up with the idea to make a menacing Santa and reindeer who want to throw down on the basketball court?

They're back! The Kobe Bryant and LeBron James MVPuppets are back in two new commercials, including a multi-part cliffhanger that will be continued in future commercials.... The new commercials aren't as funny as last year's batch of MVPuppets commercials with Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, and they seem to be geared more toward product placement than promoting the rivalry between the two superstars. Even so, they're worth watching....

Crazy-ass Ron Artest, the same guy who was suspended for almost an entire season for attacking a fan after having a beer thrown at him, is coming to play basketball for the World Champion Los Angeles Lakers next season. He has decided to wear the number 37 as a tribute to Michael Jackson, because 'Thriller' spent 37 weeks at #1 on the national sales charts....

Here's the thing.... I appreciate Kobe and LeBron, their talents and their athleticism. I'm not typically in awe of someone's physical abilities, but a couple of years ago I was listening to a Kobe Bryant interview, and a reporter asked Kobe about a play in the game where he jumped into the air with the ball in one hand, did a 180 degree turn, put the ball in his other hand, and then slam dunked the basketball. Kobe replied with, 'Well, I saw the defender, and I made the decision to switch hands and dunk the ball on the other side so there was no chance it could be blocked.' Of course I paraphrased that, but I just jumped in my office and I was barely able to think about landing on two feet. So, I'm just saying, don't go with him if he tells you that he wants to show you his trophy in his hotel room, but at least get him to sign a coffee cup.

The NBA finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Orlando Magic start tonight, so I thought I'd go ahead and post the final two Kobe and LeBron puppet commercials. I call them the 'last' two commercials because the Cleveland Cavaliers have lost their playoff series to the Orlando Magic, so I don't think there's any reason for Kobe Bryant and LeBron James to live together anymore. And I haven't seen a Dwight Howard puppet yet.

On one fun note, I did find out that the David Alan Grier provides the voice for the Kobe puppet, and 'Saturday Night Live' actor Kenan Thompson provides the voice for the LeBron puppet.

A match up in the NBA Finals between two of the greatest players in the history of the sport (Kobe Bryant and LeBron James) seems to be inevitable.

Nike has put together a few videos with Kobe and LeBron puppets... They're hilarious! Here they are.... In the "Chalk" commercial, it looks like Kobe and LeBron live in a house filled with mountains of cocaine.

Barack-ets

Every time I see this guy, I'm more and more impressed with the fact that he doesn't seem like a smarmy douchebag politician.

This video is eleven minutes of Barack Obama talking to ESPN's Andy Katz about his bracket picks for the NCAA basketball tournament. It's very long and very boring, but it displays Obama as a regular likeable guy. There's something about him that makes me feel comfortable, and I don't get that knot in my stomach that I get when I see other politicians speak.

I picked UNC to win it all too, so I hope he's as good at choosing the winners as he is at running the country.

Has anyone here seen the Greg Berhendt Show? I saw one minute of his show while sitting at the Sacramento Airport. It is the worst show ever....and I was able to come to that conclusion after watching only one minute of the show! He was talking about pets ruining relationships...and he tried to pull a "Top 5" or "Top 10" list like David Letterman. Well, you want to know the number two reason you might know that your pet is ruining your relationship? He text messages you when he's hungry to let you know he's ready to eat! What the hell! Greg Berhendt needs to be killed.... I went to the show's website to find a recap of the show....the recap includes this comment.....:

"Have you ever seen a dog and its owner dance together? We were all amazed to see it today."

You were amazed! Die!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah, and get a last name that maybe one person in the world can spell!

Finally, I was reading the sports news, and I came across this headline...

He's actually buying the Pittsburgh Penguins from Mario Lemiux.
