Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis-MRI

PVNS is sometimes difficult to diagnose, this case reveals extensive frond like synovial thickening, along with hemosiderin staining and T2 hypointense loose bodies confirmed on GRE sequences. Note the Black Synovium.
