On a practice run at the Winter X Games, his last event before the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, U.S. Olympic Snowboarder Shaun White attempts a couple flips and twists above the superpipe and ends up smashing his face on the side of the pipe.... His helmet, which Shaun White says was tightly strapped on, flies off of his head as he hits the solid ice.... That same night, after his crash, Shaun completes his first run with the highest score of the competition and ends up winning the gold medal.

Did you guys watch Celebrity Fit Club last night? Oh my goodness! Nobody told Shar Jackson that Kevin Federline was going to be on the show! It was so good! I can't wait for next weeks episode!
