Co-producer Lionel Richie has noted that Janet Jackson will be singing Michael Jackson's part, but wouldn't be recording with everyone else in the studio.... Apparently Beyonce, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga didn't show up either, but I'm sure they'll record at a later date too....

Did anybody else watch the original and say 'Holy crap! That's Dan Aykroyd!' I guess Vince Vaughn's taking his spot....

Here's my question..... I understand that this will raise a gigantic amount of money for charity, and that it's coming from a good place.... But you have the most talented stars in music today, couldn't you get some of them together to put together a new song? I'm sure that Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake could get together to write an amazing new song.... I think 'We Are The World' is one of those classics that shouldn't be touched....
